I am blessed to have this organization in initial of my career where the learning is unstoppable and also seniors support is fantastic. Work life balance is perfect with fantastic team outing with teams where apart from work you can chill with your buddies. This made the Terrapay to "TerraPay"

The business is fantastic, but what about the management? A thorough Masterclass in Mismanagement. There are Clueless Commanders who make every duty a Decision-Making Debacle. What might have been a smooth travel is being ruined by the Crisis Creators out here.

HR team will be more friendly.

Particular department has worst work culture and ethics. Poor management and managers having poor management skills.They will fire you if the managers are not like your work,not extend your shifts etc.You will expect by them to work 24/7 without leaves or personal space. Terrible team.

Its good if u join after you have experience the work life balance is good not much work pressure the business operation department not good I would say the culture is not good nit the department of work but some people who are there for a long time are destroying the environment of the company there are shifts but will pay you good allowance can go upto 10k not much for learning or skill development of you need a chill job it's good for you

The culture the people the are very kosy specialy operation few of them make the work environment bad test the company is pretty good mthe human resources department is not of any use honestly does not have a say everything is decided by the director and managers so will not help u inany way . Ps this was a honest feedback as honest it could get by a person who has worked there .

Managers treat people like salves. Very disrespectful managers. Even if you raise a complain, no action will be take. The managers made me work every day for than 14hrs and still makes you feel you ain’t worthy for this for this company. Leaves are always denied. No career growth.
