These guys really have to focus on corporate standards. please never postpone appraisal like your family vacation plan, at least listen for employee needs. stop playing politics. please consider that employees are not your salves they do have personal life. try to reduce work pressure, don't call by midnight 2 o clock.

... No food service for night shifts. Company can terminate you whenever they want. Just work and take salary, dont expect anything else.
