The best thing is that in the end, they want your performance to meet the client's requirement. So before that, no management or people will ask or interfere about anything that what you are doing or how you are managing the things
...e same since they want to survive and get habitual of this worst environment.
3. Companies only think about cost reduction, so don't expect any kind of benefit from the company except for salary that is in hand, not the variable, which will not be given by saying business has an impact.
4. The company's only goal, thinking and verbal communication is that life is only for work, there is nothing in the home to take care of.
5. The managers will only take work from you. They will not bother about your leaves, even for sick leaves. If you need sick leave, that won't be approved.
6. They hire a very limited resource for their every project so that they can take the whole juice from the engineer. It's like you will be only single in the shift of 9-10 hours without any backup even though you can have some serious health issues in your shift.
7. The managers will never appreciate your work and will never take your client's appreciation to the higher management except they will show the upper management that they are managing the team very smoothly.
8. Managers will take the things on mail about your concerns but they will never be forwarded or taken care of,

Management plays a very strong politics and there is no process or escalation matrix if you want to escalate your issue, whatever they will say or give the solution, that they will never discuss with the upper management and if you get into a situation where higher management make any changes then your reporting manager will take his/her handoff saying it's not in my hands.
10. The managers are just for approving and forwarding the emails from HR. They don't have anything in their hands if the employee as for a solution or needs support.
11. You have Indian calendar holiday leaves in your offer letter, that will be of no use. since you will never get those. you worked on weekends, never expect for the compensation or the leave.
12. Company don't take about your extra efforts.
13. They will never take concerns or challenges to the clients if something is needed urgent to discuss but you can't speak to the customer directly as per the process.
14. The company works on manual processes. Like even though you get any reimbursement like the relocation bills approved, those docs and the TDS investment docs, all you will need to submit as hard copies.
15. Even though your client gives you permanent WFH, this company will ask you to come to the office regularly but the managers will come once a week.
16. They will force you to join their company functions even though you worked the whole night or are not able to join because of very important work in your home even though someone has died in your family.
17. There is no bench period thing in this company. If your client doesn't need you anymore, then this company will relieve you quickly within 10-15 days without thinking about how you will manage your life or personal things.
18. One side cab is provided. If you are working the night shift, another side cab will not be provided. Manage yourself.
19. They can shift you to any project whichever they want as per the requirement.
20. If you want to go for the certifications, sign a bond of 1 year for just 10k and there will be no appraisal.
21. Your teammate is on leave, working his shift, even though you have leave, bec there is no other resource to support.
22. Whatever you think, the worst can happen to you, it will happen.
