Offer letter - Accepted

Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

Nothing, Directors are persistent liars

Dislikes

... and manipulate it as they are in financial difficulty and try to gloss over it. They owe many crore and promise to pay back but they don't. They just lie all the time.

Everything. The directors are all liars and thieves using money lent for themselves and defending legal actions against them which they did not declare. Steer well clear of doing business with them as you will not be paid!!! They continually lie about repayment and never deliver. The directors Prateet and Kritika Shah are just liars and thieves. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY.
