Giving your hundred percent but there is no appreciation and on top of that they ask you to increase quality and quantity at the same time how hard you work they will treat you as machines not like humans Even after your office hours they make you to work extra hours and they don’t give any benefit for that , especially at the month ends they will treat you like cattle dragging bullock carts on top of that asking you silly questions and unwanted quality escalations those feel like some one is beating with a Whip to cattle to drag heavy loads

Toxic work culture as a operations associate the Quality check team is so bad in TEAL the work grading is not decided by Quality associate but it is assigned to another operations associate and Quality check associate I don't know what this person works in this company. The manager is good on front but very toxic behind the back he has soft corner for his own community people and who talks good to him. And Cersai people are never appreciated for their work they work very hard for the company but no single certificate is awarded to them.
