...s for copy pasting and others even if you put patents you won't get anything. 9. Don't expect much salary hike after joining, in fact by giving peanut to you dictator will get good salary hike hehe I mean it's all depends on his mood or his needs will decide.

1. Work life balance 2. Supportive tech leads 3. If your over 35 and just want come and go back without any hassles, pressure and just want to settle without any knowledge gain. This is the best company.

1. Compensation 2. Some principal engineer(next level to tech lead) who rate us have no worth to rate us. They dont know what they’re reportees are working on. But if we raise a concern they are only ready to give negative reviews. 3. On role and contractors are not treated equally. (By contractor I mean it is off role deputed by other company and not bond based) 4. The contractors are made to follow only the clients work culture, but these people dont treat them equally for eg., On role employees go on OBL while they make contractors compensate the lost time. 5. On role employees themselves get only support work while most of the NPD and VSE are done onsite. 6. They recruit on role employees telling about onsite opportunities but they send them just for name sake and of no use. Some people really get benefitted but not most of all. 7. Something or the other is at fault in the facility, for eg., AC dint work for the entire summer, coffee machine gets repaired very often, your system doesnt work properly and get crashed. 8. No job security, I saw some of the best employees get laid off while unworthy people getting over compensated. 9. Only desktops, when asked for wfh contractors and on role employees are treated unequally atleast in my team(but mostly in all the teams) 10. There is only rewards and recognition for on role employees where they are given prizes and certificates for their work. 11. Contract employees on the other hand, how much ever you work you just get “pat on the back” and if we want to get converted and apply to become an on role employee after all the hard work you put in, the question they ask in the interview is “what value have you added for the company” and they reject you.

Job security is not a worry unless your performance is too bad. Good work culture and ethics.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor. No proper methods or standards in compensating based on Experience and Skill level. Management looks good in paper but not in actions. Policies are good but not implemented as it is.

Good work culture and the peers are amazingly knowledgeable. The support that we get from onsite team is to next level.

Dislikes

The mid level management is a lot to take in. Salary is not upto market value, even though the learning opportunities are high. Team member is not treated as a capable engineer, always the management comes in between while taking a decision which any engineer is capable of doing
