PL encashment policies. (They give only basics for PL but every company give gross for leave encashment)
Managers plays same games to kick off the employees before the appraisal.
Appraisal cycles moved from march to October to save 8 months of incremented money that they had to give.
HR takes the feedbacks in exit interview but don’t think at all later on. (i have doubt whether they take it or not)
Poor design of codes and they ask you to fix the meaningless bug in very less time.
No good features, they have only BUGS.
Good politics.
Don’t stay here for more than 2 years.
