Hello sir in TENVIC sports they give very less salary because why am telling this in India we can live without money yes they give salary but from that money we cont mange .and no work tention is there for me because I love my game and love to teach the students .....the company was each and every day developed...and there earn so much because of coacher but they didn't give increment also if they give means that one not satisfied like other company....

Tenvic has terminated all the coaches and not given a complete salary, whereas in the pandemic time company should have to take care of the employees like the employees are the pillars of the company ....teammates are supportive and management is not transparent.

I have been working as table tennis coach at Tenvic every day is a dream come true job for any one passionate to live in their sport . Tenvic provides upskilling training for coaches and management rolls for some body whose passion for sport is never ending . Tenvic provides platforms and support coach developments to various Ngos as well . Culture is VASUDEVA KUTUMBAKAM and all are treated equally which provides encouragement and support coaches to improve their performance.
