What to say first of all no timing for your salary or someone even you didn’t get it like me these fraud peoples didn’t pay my last 40 salary I left the company due to my mother’s surgery I ask them to pay my salary as I am low on funds as operation costs some serious money . Owner asked me to share the medical details which I did share to him on his WhatsApp number now they are not replying to my texts and haven’t clear my dues yet . Better not to join the company.

At this time of the pandemic, the company employees have been working rigorously to keep up with our online strength. There is no doubt that our company wasn't immune to this pandemic but we have figured out our ways to work with safety. The economy is changing and so is consumer behavior. With that being said, our company owners have also come up with a solution to pay us our dues by the end of March 2021 or earlier if possible. They have not planned any cuts in salaries and have assured us that our pay will be given to us in full by March 2021. They have confirmed the same on email as well. I am somehow glad to be feeling safe with this decision. My company, along with all my colleagues are open to adopting different styles of working and so, this shift that came along with COVID-19 has not affected our internal work environment in any way. Similarly, talking about the work culture and management, the company has come up with ways to assure us that they will take care of its employees in this tough time. We don't have any new policies as such, except for COVID-19 related health measures, precautions, and preventions. Let's hope for all things to get back to normal soon. Stay safe, stay at home if you can, Stay protected, Take care of loved ones, and especially take care of the elderly. Also, make sure you connect with your team as we do.

... your effort, as per what I know and do. Innovation is key and learning is good. Travel expenses are to be maintained by you from your salary only and growth in career is prevalent. Appraisals are slow.
