If you like doing lot & lot of work and listen harsh words even if you complete it acc. to the expectations, then this is the place for you.

I will spit out facts here - - There is no work-life balance. - There is no work recognition - Working on Weekends & Holidays is a norm - Very Small Team size with very poor nature in terms of work (rude behaviour, all the time) - Poor Increments - Constant Brain Washing - Constant Layoff/Termination Threats - Salary Cuts even if you are a few minutes late into the office - Their office is literally of shit quality and location. One can get sick by going daily there. There are also cases when founders have not provided salary and relieving letters to the employees who have left the company. Recently, they laid off their only backend engineer too. They will hesitate while providing you the legal documents. They will shout and say cuss words to you if you don't slog long hours even if there is no work. At appraisal time, they will try to deny the meetings and will say you don't deserve one. My only recommendation will be - "If you want to live, then don't join"

Dislikes

Very critical work life balance. Management is poor. Poor leadership & marketing strategies. Success rate is very low under the current leaders. Its very difficult to get time to brush skills . Enforced to work beyond working hours and weekend. Overloaded with responsibilities
