Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing most terrible experince in my life. Not got paid for the work done. The owner is big cheat.

Dislikes

The place is very abusive and employer is leech who will not pay for your services. His best tactics are to go for the meeting during pay days. Also a owner he has no patience and wants to micromanage every bit with hardly any understanding. Also gyancho baba number one in khayali Pulao. Eg. this guy tells a big brand about how to do buisness. Also this guy cheats as many of the vendors are still calling for pending payments. Also even my payment is remaining.
