...gement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign.on the job training is given to new joiners.

No Increment for trainees or very late for increase the salary. Rs500 to 800 only increment for Trainees. Heavy work load... Very worst Culture and behaviour management. Only focus on target 🎯 they will use as daily wages... Not permanent even you work 10yrs... No salary benifits, No promotion, No freedom....

I m quick learner it's not a big deal on part of learning after a week I gotta machine operator. Though curiosity on operator I am well satisfied my job and more on aim is working in industry by this part quit fulfill. I joined at contract during my degree while on semester end. And college reopen I quit and completed my degree with decent mark and great skills. Eager to work industry

...raining I am on furnace it's might quit difficult on emerge, after got practice. It be fine, for my job I got a decent salary for limited days of working

Bawal tenneco staff is not supportive. I gived 10 year my life to tenneco and after that my one mistake they terminate me without any discussion.

You will get job easily here but only for one year. Salary on time.

The company hier GET on a one year contact basis after that they will remove you and hier fresh one their is no future for fresher because no one is going to tell you anything. Second thing is that their is no job security in this company.
