Work hard but no incriment in salary or promotion or your life security. If you are working in tenneco you whole is weast . education is no matter in tenneco. if you are from Pune or marathi then company provide best job for you.

...gement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign.on the job training is given to new joiners.

No Increment for trainees or very late for increase the salary. Rs500 to 800 only increment for Trainees. Heavy work load... Very worst Culture and behaviour management. Only focus on target 🎯 they will use as daily wages... Not permanent even you work 10yrs... No salary benifits, No promotion, No freedom....
