Dislikes

They cut salary and hold 30 days salary and no leaves, they behave like daily labour. They hold 30 days salary and give a salary for only next month. They hired on every Saturday for new staff. Because all leaves company for this behaviour. After holding 30 days salary they hold salary for leaves. If you take 3 leaves then they hold 3 days salary then provide a salary. If you sick take a leave more than 1 then they deducted the double salary of day. MD is like all are labours. And they are not human and not rights for do leaves for stress realse. Even not labour employees are animals and made for only for work. They made a 4+ companies one is mellcon and another is tendernews these companies are iso certified. Another r.k and associates, contractor A , contractor B etc. if you nee joiner then you are employee of any of theses company. MD is not good person. MD is very rude. If you are joining to company not join the company please if you want peace for work. I am passionate to work but in this company my passion is also saying don't do.

(Tendernews, Okhla, Delhi )Fake and fraud company. They don’t give you salary on time and hold one month salary. They do not give you offer letter neither appointment letter. No benefits and holidays. Nothing to learn new. No proof of working there. No web development. Only web scraping. Office is like store room and bathroom is the dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever seen. Staff of the company don’t know what to do the work and HR’s are useless. Small company cheat with customers. MD is 3rd class person very cheap person. No relieving letter. If you planned to join this company this would be the biggest mistake of you. Don’t Ruin your life.
