On top of it all you might be asked to leave at any point, hence no job security.

Lack of motivation & appraisal towards employee, company doesn't bother about your performance and initiatives...you have to do work for your superiors, not for your company.

The company is adopts new technology and given chance to learn new things.It is friendly work environment.

Management of company is poor like HR department in factory level, Director involvement higher in each matter plus commitment work pressure very higher. Manager level needs authority to take decision. Above my personal point of view but

It was really great working there, no stricks working hours for the sales team. bosses are good and ready to understand the problems and issues

Only positive is work life Balance and compensation.But Never join in Sales as it is one of the worst company to work for in Sales . The Sales GM at Mumbai who has been working with the company for a long time is the one of the worst boss you can work for as he will play all kinds of politics even with in the sales team and act nice in front of you. He will play all games to make sure that nobody benefits except him. He will take all credits even for your work.He bad mouths his own team to the owners and create a scene to show that he is the only guy working .I don't know how many careers he has spoilt with his insecurities.

Job security : You can get fired for no reason and for no fault of yours . Almost 8 Sales people have been fired in the last 5 months. No accountability for production delays etc . They can deliver late and if we lose the order because of prodution mistake or delays even then sales people are held accountable and they will fire sales people. Getting orders is very difficult as price is very high compared to market price for the same product. Politics by the senior people who have been working with the company for a long time is unbearable . As the company owners trust the seniors blindly you are at their mercy. Think twice before joining especially if you have a family. I made a mistake of joining seeing their nice posh office and salary hike but everyday was hell working with a bad boss and I was left without a job as they fired me without warning. I have never been fired in my entire career and it was worst experience especially when it's not your fault.
