- Short and long term opportunities - No variable pays - Bonus on top of CTC - T24 product based projects and members have better funding and opportunities compared to other projects

...ce when government loosened its grip on lockdown(since org wanted more profit) - Voluntary pay cuts, no salary hike and no additional benefits provided during the pandemic situation - In an ideal scenario there are no WFH, management is awaiting for lockdown to be lifted so that they can bring in employees the very next day. - More of a school than an IT organization, freshers and even experienced resources address managers as SIR and no one bothers to correct them. - Very poor infrastructure, not enough parking space and employees are charges 500pm for 2 wheelers and 3000 pm for wheelers in Chennai offices - No proper cafeteria and no break out areas - NOT a product based company that you might have in mind. - NO transport facilities provided - Indian management is least bothered about its employees and just see them as laborers - Highly NOT recommended to join.

Salary hike very much less Bonus : less than 5 percentage on your basic pay No cab facilities No job security (every year they will be having layoff and it's not dependent on your rating. Just selecting randomly, even managers will not know whether anyone added to the list from her team) No travelling ( too much politics, be bucket to get the travel instead of working) Pressure is more and you will be in like pressure cooker. Weekend support: No double pay or comp off(but they will say you will be getting it, but you won't) Late night works

Average Place to Work. Got Lucky and got a good team manager. It's a good company that helps to adjust you to corporate World. Foundation in basic Skills would get stronger but You need to take the step and ask for the work.

Salary and Hikes are below Average. Promotions are not purely based on Performance. After a certain point of time, the tech stack kind of stuck. You won't be learning new things compared to the outside world i.e very Rigid tech stack. Achievements are Promotions are very Difficult to come by if you work in a larger team. Also Depends upon your Manager.

I had a really good supportive team and there was no micromanaging. As a fresher, Seniors help me to a greater extent which gave me a grip.

.... So there’s no learning and it will never get you anywhere in the future. There is little to no hike in the salary. And shockingly no appraisal meetings will be conducted to point out things you’ve done. Hybrid policy is only for experienced candidates. Job security is very poor. With no prior information they just fired employees straight away without any reason. Understanding the current situation , they could have stated the fact prior a month so the employees might have prepared themself for that situation. The work life balance is not so great but manageable. They’ll assign you with few or more tickets based on availability, as only few peeps in a team and you have to be working simultaneously in all of them. There is no clarity and transparency. KT documents and meetings are of no use. So learning the product, the coding structure and your project is quite challenging.

No office drama like forcing people to bring their personal and social life in office. Come to office, work and learn, finish work and go home and enjoy life. Your social and personal life is all intact with you and on your command. If you are looking for office circus and drama then please stay away from Temenos. Great opportunities and guidance to advance career and skillsets.
