*Good salary for freshers
*Good office location in Noida,India.

*New Company with most of the process starting fairly recently, so the management that was there from before are actually under qualified and there is less stability. They have a high rate of Hire & Fire policy.
*CASES of s**ual harassment on multiple female employees by the Managers as well as by Cab drivers. When complaint was raised the outcome? The employees are fired.I feel this is because this is a new company and they are afraid to get these issues to higher management because they feel the process will be removed. NOT SAFE FOR GIRLS.
*There is 2months of notice period if you want to resign, and no new company is going to wait for you 2months to join them. So this ensures it is very difficult for you to find a new job or leave organization. I know ex colleagues who could not continue due to health reasons and provided proper medical documents but they were treated as absconded, not provided experience certificates and are asked to pay the company back upwards of Rs. 12,000. Telus does not care about employees just about keeping the processes safe and their work being done.
*The people in high positions are people who were un qualified and joined 3-4 yrs ago as freshers when the company Telus had just taken over Xavient. These team leaders and managers are very unprofessional and there is politics and bias more than other MNC companies in noida.
*No food or meals provided, average Cafeteria very far away from main office so not enough time to eat during breaks. Smoking zone is also very far for those who smoke.
*HR is not employee centric.
*Late night shifts which makes work life balance very bad.
*No phones or food or paper or pens allowed inside the floor.
*Top management,Trainers,Team leaders and Cab drivers are predators preying on females if they get the opportunity and mostly always get away with it.
Advice to Management
Any advice given to management or complaints to HR are never followed, It is always Company first instead of Employee whatever anyone says in the organisation.
Very poor middle management, old guys are not changing their approach (man management) which is causing poor work life balance and dissatisfaction among peers
Work-life balance (Depends on how you take it).
Quality of work highly depends upon which project you are in. Very chill environment, you will normally see whole bay not on their seats.
You will get a lot of free time depends on you how you use it.

No challenging work.
Mostly Desktop environment. No work from home for most.
You have to be a bootlicker to get good salary hikes.
Politics are a normal day to day thing here. You just can't stay out.
Good learning... Salary as per market.. No work life balance.. High work pressure.. They keep less resource for work... Just a typical service based company... No process I have seen in last 3 year... They call to work on weekends contneously and expect you to come other wise they threaten to meet the higher management for ur concern...or appraisal will be impacted... Manager driven company... Less job security... If u r a performer then they expect u to take the responsibility of team and u will be answerable for any escalation... Managers only maintains excel sheet and expect u to perform ur duty.. And do client follow up... ALWAYS OPT IT as LAST RESORT.. If no option left... Lastly no work from home at any cost.
Salary good to catch the talent to work for them.. They expect u to join in 1 month.. But they will not release u before 3 months.... On good note if manager releases u then u have to go for buy out for the days u r falling short of notice.. Means u have to pay salary from ur pocket for the day's u r leaving early....
Dislikes points are:
* Major Dislikes is most of the senior management (RM and PM ) position filled by non deserving candidate , so lot of micro management as they do not know how to work. They reach there by politics or a particular religion / cast base.
* Work-Life balance is not good as micro management more.
* You have no choice for select your specialized field / programming, can be move in any other field or technology as most of senior management do not know how to utilize resource.
