...t's permanent WFH even though they mention a hybrid one. No recognition of work. Very little salary in comparison to contribution in team.

Speaking Frankly, I doesn't like my salary. CTC is still low as per overall experience. When we have a family and bills to pay them, items adds up pretty quickly and end up with an empty bank account.

Dislikes points are: * Major Dislikes is most of the senior management (RM and PM ) position filled by non deserving candidate , so lot of micro management as they do not know how to work. They reach there by politics or a particular religion / cast base. * Work-Life balance is not good as micro management more. * You have no choice for select your specialized field / programming, can be move in any other field or technology as most of senior management do not know how to utilize resource.

Salary is always on time and colleagues are ok

Dislikes

Management is worst no support, whenever you ask for solution only you will get excuses. You can be kicked out anytime with XYZ reason. No work life balance total worst. Cab facility is totally trash they will drop you one hour before your shift and nobody cares.

There is no growth in terms of new skill, learning and you will be work same tech stack over the years and they have own oriented tools so you will be work same tool.
