- Everything driven from Australia, no voice for the India leadership - Too many changes, too frequently - Influential, decision-making roles only in Australia, hardly any in India - Too much importance to vendors like Infosys & Wipro - People managers become resource managers with too many overheads - No travel opportunities to Australia or even within India for employees (vendors get travel opportunities)

Great Policies. Great culture. They care for employee. Good technology to work on. People working here are good. Great work life balance

Dislikes

Work gets boring after some time due to lack of challenge. Compensation is average better than Indian IT MNC but below product company.

No regular promotion (not even after 3-5 years on the same role). No market salary standardization. You might end up in a team where no technical work

1. Job security is very high compared to other organizations. 2. Employees are treated with the utmost respect and given full support to learn and grow. 3. Higher management is very considerate and employee-centric. 4. One of the best parts is work-life balance.

Dislikes

Nothing I can see to date. Maybe increase in the employee salary as per the market standards.

Likes

Overall, it is good company with decent amount of compensation. Type of work and quality of leadership can vary from project to project.

Dislikes

Sometimes, hybrid model where you have to work with vendor's scrum team (like amdocs) can be annoying.
