Dislikes

No regular promotion (not even after 3-5 years on the same role). No market salary standardization. You might end up in a team where no technical work

Dislikes

- Everything driven from Australia, no voice for the India leadership - Too many changes, too frequently - Influential, decision-making roles only in Australia, hardly any in India - Too much importance to vendors like Infosys & Wipro - People managers become resource managers with too many overheads - No travel opportunities to Australia or even within India for employees (vendors get travel opportunities)
