You'll have job security but no use of having such job where you're not happy. Company policies are worst, work culture is toxic. Management shows no transparency, worst management I've ever seen.

Dislikes

Internal office politics. No benefits (not even welcome kit, perks, diwali bonus). Only salary that too on 3rd of every month. No medical leaves, no proper infrastructure, no parking space, no cafeteria only tea. No outings, no parties, no celebrations, nothing. Worst company I've ever seen. Please stay away from it. Also no WFH only because of pandemic they've given now.

Job Security is like TCS you won't get fire until recession hits. Time flexibility is great just complete your task. Work satisfaction is fine as its a startup so there is lot of work that you can get and work life balance totally depends on project. Hike/Increment is good at least better than most of the companies

Dislikes

Company policies are very bad they change it like babies change their diapers and even don't stick to those policies that's make it even more bad. Saturday are working usually depends on CEO mood (He loves to see employees working on saturday). Here you will work as majdoor not employee (Read it twice) No cafeteria you only have the option of free TEA that's it. In terms of benefits there are almost none....Do you damn work and take your money
