No Job security any time as a idle and fired. Work culture full pressure, worst management, worst company policies.

When work is less , company will deduct the salary. Claim amount once approved after some time reject and your portal goes negative. In central office sitting only corrupted person as well as manager also corrupted.

I'll update the likes once, if I find one. As far as COVID-19 is concerned, salary are deducted by 60% overall.

Poor work culture. Management is worse. No work life balance. Delay in salary & reimbursement. Dictatorship Work Culture. Miscellaneous deduction in salary & reimbursement. Non transparent HR policies. Everyone from every department are given minnow tasks for clearing pendency of different departments. Heavy workload. No appreciation of employees.
