Dislikes

No way of growth after hard and honest working even in salary also. Working after 12-14 hours in months but their is no any chance of growth and salary hike.

Grameenphone is a great company to work for. You get to work with a large, dominant and profitable business and enjoys the perks of working with the best brains in the country.

Sometime acceptance of diverse and new ideas by all could be a challenge but that's a challenge for all large entities.

Telenor only think about money making nothing else, for this if they have to betrayed with their employees they will do happily. They have no ethics, they always hide the truth and moreover they never value their employees.

Dislikes

They cheated their Indian employees, who were standing with them in their (Telenor)tough time. They never valued their employees loyalty towards Telenor. At the time of exit from Indian operation they simply ran away by favouring(by giving them good amount of money) some top managment employees.

The way they have exit India operations- merger with Airtel was not good and expectations was high for employees side, majority employees are without job since merger happened.

Its a peoples company. Employees are taken well care so every one motivated to perform on their responsibilities . Custimers are taken well care alongwith busunes associates . Overall a good platform to work longer .

Sometimes well desrved are deprive
