It was good working at Telemune initially and I learned a lot about Bid Management and Presales *in this company along with Account management. Since Company's strength was around 50 people, we were allowed to take on multiple responsibilities as per our interest.

Dislikes

The Major flaw this Company has its Top management. In 2 years, I have never seen MD coming to office, even at once. Appraisal were nominal and company laid off almost 60% employees in COVID19 including me. And they were not even giving notice period to serve but after discussing with HR and VP, they gave me 30 days notice period in which I got offer from another MNC. Lucky me.

Dislikes

Time management regards to support team, cab facility is not good, few of them who are not in actually in management team but pretend to be that and interfere the personal & professional life of others team member and at the same time delivering wrong input to management level. Please do your own job for which you have appointed to Telemune,rather than making some nonsense..
