Seems like they all are too stiff if you say about salary hike, I can remember one higher authority once said us on web meeting "Those will be blacklisted,if they say to increase their salary above 25K . So over all bad company..

...s in travelling, allowances & they have given prefer training for the freshers And worked as a NOC engineer around 3 years there is no problem about salary,Job security and getting good appraisal.

Worst work culture, salary hike and promotions, selection of candidate are based on recommendations and caste system.Exist policy is even worst. horrible experience i ever had in my career.
