It is the worst company any one can ever work in. The most terrible con is that the company never pays on time. They would always keep 1-2 month's salary pending. The upper level management never agrees on a definite POA, engineers are made to to like hell, they castigate people for the slightest of mistakes, cuts salary (which is again delayed most of the time by 1-2 months) for taking a leave, never pay any incentive and the list goes on. Basically it's a proprietary company and it runs on the owner's whims. The owner is only concerned about his own money. Only good thing is that, being a small company, it offers a multi department learning opportunity for freshers.

Dislikes

Everything except the sales manager.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
