All Salary never credits on time Almost late by 20-25 days late Work load Working hours are 10 to 15 hrs in a days is normally Sometimes its goes on 30 to 35 hrs no competition of extra work ing hours

...2. Sometimes you have to work 10 to 11 hours. I have worked 10 hours in a day 3. Poor growth with least salary 4. Travelling expenses claim process is very slow 5. If you taken 4 holidays in a month they block you salary and not releasing for 2 month 6. In first 6 month they do retention trap. 7. Retention was like they provide you your money after 6 month if you not taken single leave within 6 month and it's not possible, everyone in this world person can be sick bcoz of that they taking benefit and cutting the employee salary and not giving retention. 8. No one is going to respect you if you have skills. 9. If you leave, company is giving negatively review to you next company. 10. No work like balance. 11.

No saturday sunday off, No holidays, Appraisal gets delayed by generally 9 months every year and they do not raise salary looking at the arrears amount Managers are unskilled and expect skilled work from you Extreme level politics. Higher level management will always prefer good looking women over amy talented men in search of favours (You know what I mean) Office hours are generally 9 hours per day along with saturday working. This is too much to ask for Consistent work pressure even after completion of targets Incentives are pending since 3 years No P. F facility, no any added advantage, No work life balance Only 24 paid leaves are available conditional. You can only be allowed to use 2 paid leaves per month Standards of working are not defined, work policies changes as per owners mindset This list goes on and on
