The environment is healthy. Compensation is decent. The best part is that it offers work from home facility. So far, the hikes have been good in my case. This is a good company for freshers.

Dislikes

Lack of projects. There is a lack of SMEs(Subject Matter Expert). The company is leaned towards becoming product based whereas it doesn't seem ready for it. This company is not recommended for experienced folks.

They don't have projects! Employees are treated as slave here, if someone is going to be the part of Regal core team, azad will be the lead, he is the worst lead you can ever met. Salary seems to be very high in offer letter, but half is going to be the inhand, ex 4 lpa is package 2÷12 you're going to get in account, they manipulate people on the name of benifit. They used to do all hands every month, the only point of doing is to scare employees by showing stats of market. Baki there projects are not upto the mark at the end you will feel like you didn't learned anything just wasted the time, better to look for another offer just grab it to counter.

The only good part of Telaverge Communication is their acting skill, yes their acting skill as the company VP conducted a mental health awareness session talking about a minimum of 6 - 7 hours of sleep, physical activity, spending time with friends, eating healthy, and whatnot and his employees are working till 4 am in the night. Oh my god, I thought that the culture over here was very good they were treating me like I was part of a family but this is only until you don't understand their politics once you understand their reality and politics you are already late and welcome to hell. "Although I have learned many things over their not going to lie there is good learning for an Intern but for that learning, you have to pay your mental peace"

1) No work-life balance 2) Politics is more important here 3) Bonus is a scam here "Words of senior in Telaverge" 4) On joining full time there will be a bond of 2 years they will not tell you about this on internship even if you will ask HR about this while joining as an Intern they will say no bond on joining as full time but you know what your college placement will be over and boom you have to accept their offer letter with the bond of 2year if you will leave before 2year you have to pay back all the money they have spent on you on Internship period almost 2lakh as they keep as Intern for almost 10 to 14 month 4)Believe me company doesn't have any vision for their product, I mean few people in Telaverge are very smart very very smart but it doesn't mean that the products are good. 5) Employees working for 2 years also don't know why they are building that product 6) Interns are not allowed to post that they are working in Telaverge on LinkedIn. 7) There is nothing like 9 to 5 here 8)After some time you will realize that you are simply working on their product and have no skill enhancement 9) There was a wise man who said "Always a sense of urgency" in this organization 10) For telaverge Interns are cheap labours 11) The company VP will always write a message and meet and say opportunity is limited work harder, work smarter 12) People will help you with just simple things and to take credit they will write that "Have helped XYZ person with this thing" 13) Have seen a few interns who have been terminated just because of politics the interns that have been terminated were good but politics have portrayed them as dump guys. 14) Believe me no senior is your friend here, no senior is helping you they are just playing with you. 15) If you are sure that you have skill then don't join, Agar kuch bhi nhi aata hai and majbuut dil ke ho toh join krlo.

I wanted to share my recent internship experience with Telaverge Communications , hoping it might help others make informed decisions. As a final-year B.Tech CSE AIML student, I was excited to join their team, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. Here are the challenges I faced: - I was assigned a job role completely different from what I applied for, which left me feeling confused and unprepared. - As a fresher, I expected some training and guidance, but unfortunately, I received almost zero support and was expected to work with advanced technologies on my own. - The work culture was unsatisfactory, with colleagues who were unresponsive and very rude, making it difficult to collaborate or seek assistance. There was no teamwork as such. If I asked for help, they simply refused by saying it's not their job. - My team lead never even bother to tell me what was i supposed to do. I have to ask him multiple times that what do i have to do then he would say. Disgusting - The IT team was unresponsive, ignoring my server issues and delaying my work for 4-5 hours. When they finally replied, it was hours later, causing significant hindrances. - I used to work for 12-14 hours for the job even upto 11:30 pm at night. I tried my best but unfortunately it was not worth it. - Without notice, my account was terminated, and I received an email from HR criticizing my poor performance. - To top it all off, I worked for 7-8 days without compensation or explanation. And now they blocked my number. I felt frustrated and disheartened. I hope sharing my experience will help others avoid similar situations and push for better internship programs and fair treatment of students.
