...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are very good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. That's why I like this company.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees. Overall good but some little problems.

Teksystems is a great place to work. They have an excellent work culture. People on the floor are co-operative. Great team work.

Pay scales are highly disappointing. You are under paid like anything for your work.

...ot even realize it. Once the contract ends, they will terminate you immediately. They never provide a salary hike. Once you join, they insist you give positive feedback on different job portals to mislead others.
