There are many things that are not employee friendly. There's no career planning discussions with the employee after joining. They will forget you after the first month. Even when there are lay-offs happening at the client place, they will not support you with alternate options. ZERO appraisals. No promising benefits. You can't expect any benefit. ZERO retention policy. A strong no for joining this company.

Fear of losing job at any moment . No appraisal, no bench concept. To make you join they used to tell lot of sweetners. Once Client billability ends then the same Day is your exit formalities done Wrost ever Company wrt learning & development culture

...orcefully and when we need leave for our personal emergency our pay is deducted. -> There is no hike policy or leave policy. -> This is the perfect place to ruin your career and mental health.

...nd messages were never answered or sometimes my WA messages haven’t been seen. There will be no hike and incentive and shift allowance will be on hold for no reason and no one will be answering your calls, emails, or messages so u have to include your client manager every single month.
