Initial salary while recruitment is higher with respect to other companies

...ts and all big company tieups while joining but company has none to be honest. No salary hikes or appraisals. Terrible management, no one to approach. Never join this company, it will destroy your total work experience and will cause a negative impact on career.

No perks for employee other than salary. No performance bonus. No benefits on promotion only designation change with just yearly hike. No timely appraisal(delayed more than 2-3 months every year) No dedicated process for appraisal. Hike not on the basis of performance, generalized hikes are given. No response when you try to reach out to your teksystems recruiting/account managers for help. Doesn't care to reply on your email's.

TEKsystems employee are very supportive and get salary on time.

TEKsystems deployed me on HP client and at the time of hiring both(HP & TEKsystems) told me that they hiring me for long term but once I deployed to HP they were not assigning me any task. I was keep asking to my delivery manager for some task but he was not assigning at all. I got a small task in 4 months period. after 4 months manager relised more than 100 vendor's employee and said we don't have any work.
