Very bad Situation I faced in TekSkill, No job security and no salary Structure properly maintained as per they mentioned in offer letter. My opinion don't join TekSkill as payment roll as well as client side joining.

1) On time salary and job security 2) Friendly and Healthy working environment 3) Lot of good opportunity to work with reputed private and government clients 4) Huge scope for growth for performance driven employees 5) Disciplined and result oriented working culture

...n the world which snatches money from the employees instead paying them in time. Getting salary intime in Tekskills is a eighthwonder if the world.

What not ..starting from payment of salary in till leave policies and what else. I request naukri to provide more space here , the typing space will not be enough here as there is much to write. Worst Hr policies, no licenses in SAP and cybersecurity but still selling the service. Getting daily escas from the few existing clients... Know ln for worst staffing services... Learning and development is a dream here. No hirachey nothing. Better place to work certification is a high drama and they threaten employees and made them write the survey positive. There are many pathetic stories and many victims of the organisation... For a employee getting releaving letter is a next to impossible thing as HR will come up with many crock and Bull stories to penalise the employees who got better opportunities. And moreover when employee gets the relieving letter they will be peanolised on getting their full and final settlement which is a dream come true for the employee who were there. I request people not to spoil their career by joining in such type of organisations where everything is managed by one person and the rest of all or dummy guys. Designations are not valid it all depends on CEO decisions. Clients are very humiliated here , for sure when I client spend some time by giving some project will never come back here in their lifetime. Hard and seen many situations people who are not even related with IT like Swamiji and cine actors usually walk in have confidential meetings the CEO of the company frequently travels from India to America with out any reason.. spending more money on travel but not a single rupee on employee well being. It is not a big suprise when people are forced to work on May day as well. Leave balance is never shared with employees. One should see the level of communication of the HR department many people are frim telugu medium background and now they are still in learning. Many more on hr sept but don't know how to express.. I request people not to chose or apply to this company by mistake... It's better to stay with out job instead of working here.

1) On time salary and good working environment ( Great place to work and ISO Certified) 2) Lot of opportunity to learn and challenging work culture 3) Substantial growth for good performers , increment happens twice in a year 4) Work like balance , fixed timing with less overtime

1) 1 Saturday working in a month 2) little bit micro management

Only good thing about the company is the salary will be credited on time otherwise nothing is good. Work life balance is terrible .

Dislikes

They have policy that Monday to Friday was working day but most of the time employees have to work on Saturday even sometimes Sunday also they have to work and there is no over time compensation.
