Very bad Situation I faced in TekSkill, No job security and no salary Structure properly maintained as per they mentioned in offer letter. My opinion don't join TekSkill as payment roll as well as client side joining.

1) On time salary and job security 2) Friendly and Healthy working environment 3) Lot of good opportunity to work with reputed private and government clients 4) Huge scope for growth for performance driven employees 5) Disciplined and result oriented working culture

1) Strict timing 2) Sometimes a lot of working pressure is there

1) On time salary and good working environment ( Great place to work and ISO Certified) 2) Lot of opportunity to learn and challenging work culture 3) Substantial growth for good performers , increment happens twice in a year 4) Work like balance , fixed timing with less overtime

1) 1 Saturday working in a month 2) little bit micro management

Only good thing about the company is the salary will be credited on time otherwise nothing is good. Work life balance is terrible .

They have policy that Monday to Friday was working day but most of the time employees have to work on Saturday even sometimes Sunday also they have to work and there is no over time compensation.

Such a worst Recruitment company it is ..They detected 5K salary due to the reason of VPN not worked in my system. I received a salary of 11K where my take home should be 17K .. They will sent you out with in 15 days. Work life balance is so horrible . They will compel us to collect the candidate Pays lip/Bank statement/Form 16/Last working day mail confirmation screen shot - this three documents are mandatory to share the every profile. how come candidate will share this documents in very first day. 1. Once the recruiter took the profile 2. then Lead will speak to the candidate for 15 minutes 3. then Business person will speak with candidate for 15 minutes in this back to back screening process most of the candidate will get irritate and they will lose hope on us. Management is so greedy even though if we gave 2 joiners in 3 Months will ask us to give many joiners in Contract role only. if you gave joiners in fulltime role they wont consider your effort. HR Team will treat the employee like a slave they wont respect you properly. I was fired by this mad people even though i gave 2 joiners. I moved to another consulting I am working here in my current company for last 2+ years i won multiple rewards and recognitions here and I got double promotion as well. Now i am working as Team lead / Client SPOC / Please very care full do not spoil your career with this kind of mad management. This is not a place for recruitment .. I will suggest do not join this company at any cost..

They will record all the call with candidates they wont respect employees they wont provide salary on time.
