US based MNC, Company culture, policies are Good. Quite familiar in DMF pharma, but not known in any other sector. Work from home, Office timings, No Boss culture. Team people are supportive.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Leaderships transparency and open communication creates supportive environment and employee feel valued. The culture is very supportive and the team members are collaborative. There is real emphasis on learning and development, it provides ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. employees performance is not just recognized, but also equally rewarded.

Excellent work culture, management is very supporting and employee oriented. HR policies and employees self service portal is in place for employees. Fair HR practices. I would like to work in future as well.

Nothing, ERP can be implemented for smooth transactions within the departments.
