...out on the same day once your project is completed, as there is no bench policy. Most importantly, there are no salary hikes, even if you work for a long time. There are no bonuses, no welcome kits, and no festival gifts provided. Additionally, there is a lack of proper communication from their end regarding updates on policies like casual leave or earned leave—you have to inquire about everything repeatedly.

...s but the client doesnt convert to fulltime. they know this but still fool them. Over targets for employees, deduct the Salary when employee not completing the target. Pls dont join here.

The HR, especially Rina is the girl full of attitude. She doesn't reply to the calls and always seems to be busy. If you need to discuss something urgently she ignores.
