The work culture was challenging. After dedicating two years to the company, I was unexpectedly laid off without any clear reason. I immediately regretted my decision to join this company and felt that my time had been wasted.

Work loads, Work life balance, No outings with team, 1.5 year review cycle for salary hike, support system was shit, Toxic culture.

Flexible working hours. No to minimal micromanagement.

Salary and joining bonus disparity amongst people at the same level of hierarchy. People not willing to take ownership and tossing around responsibility

Employees are pressured to work over 12 hours a day, with those not meeting this expectation labeled as poor performers. Employee well-being is neglected, evidenced by the lack of consideration for work-life balance. Layoffs are premeditated months in advance, yet management portrays them as sudden decisions made for the company's benefit. Hiring freshers and subsequently terminating them after the probationary period raises concerns about job security. Internal politics within teams can significantly impact mental health, making this company an undesirable choice due to its detrimental effects on work-life balance and job security.

... security and not provide you the notice period. Senior are not helpful at all. Salary is not ok but yeah other benefits is fine. Worst part of this company is seniors . They are terrible.
