They were just doing show-off on how they conduct fun activity & how emplyees are happy. But in reality it is having terrible politics in management. Worst Management.

They were merely flaunting their execution of enjoyable tasks and portrying content employees. However the truth is that there are distressing political issues within the management.

It’s not IT company they are just mediator. If project over they will kick you out of organisation within second. They will give you one assignment and they will give u negative feedback on assignment sure. And they will kick you out on performance basis. And you will end of day like what I made mistake in assignment. Pls don’t join Tejora. I have been in Tejora 3 Months and I have seen 20+ employees left job in front of me. Total employers max is 200. Pls don’t join try other opportunities. Any yes one 1 more thing stay away from Rupali pagare she is HR and she is under gun of Vice President ( Hardik Patel and Amit Shaha ) honestly speaking Amit shaha is great person but Hardik is simple blunt guy. No one in organisation respect Hardik Patel. Now Rupali pagare she will give you lollipop every time. She don’t know her (HR) roles and responsibilities. She just follow Vice President instruction. Due to limitations I have to stop here. So requested you don’t choose Tejora

Nothing. This is worst company to work with. They are threatening us to not give us our full and final settlement, experience letter or BGV to get things done.

Hate everything. There's no work life balance. They hire us for another company and when we highlighted any issues, we are being said that they can't help us.

HR onboarding people don't know how to behave with ex employees Delegation of work is not done properly and then they expect you to give 100 percent. Incase you are not able to perform then they will start sending you warning letters

A very transparent and open organisation with plenty of opportunities to grow yourself. Higher management is very friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

Since the entire business model is client centric, job security is a minor worry.
