Nothing good about the Company, Its a Jail with more than 9 hour of work.

Dislikes

Management will never listen to your problems. Vice president is ruling the company and making work environment worse. No freedom, No lunch timing even if you take lunch for 30 min you need to stay 30 min more in office. You can not go out of office for 5 min also. You can not take leaves, even if you take you need to explain a lot and most of the times it will be LOP.
