There are many cons to this company, All the cons are for the contracted-based employees, the payroll employees might not have these cons. 1. If you are a contract-based employee, the company treats you like a laborer, they only respect the payroll employees. 2. The higher management expects more from you and is never satisfied. 3. The work-life balance is not good. You have to work excessively long hours, up to 14-16 hours a day, including weekends. It feels like there are no holidays, and you also have to manage the fieldwork. Despite all this, the higher management still complains about you. 4. Contract-based employees have no opportunities for learning and career growth. 5. There are no appraisals for contract-based employees. 6. There is a lot of internal politics within the company.
