One of the very good organisation for freshers/beginner specially for hardware design role

Compensation and flexibility to do WFH isn't that good as compared to Big MNCs. As a hardware design role u don't have option to choose WFH.

A lot of disparity, bad management, low salary, low increment, work life balance and other benifits will depend on your manager. If that are good you have awesome life else hell

If You Are Working on Contractual Role then Salary is not that much Better. But If you are a Full time Employee then Salaries are good.
