If you are an fresher in automation. I will personally suggest TEJ Control. You get to learn diverse project. Current major big projects are in Tyre industry and Baggage handling projects. You get to learn Siemens S7-300,400,1200,1500. Allenbradley's Micrologix Comapactlogix and Guardlogix PLC. Tyre ind project mostly includes AC Drives starting from Siemens V20, G120, S120 & V90. AB Powerflex 755,525 & Kinetix 5700 Servo . Colleagues are helpful but initially you must try your best to rectify any issues. They also develop scada in Wincc and Factorytalk.

Dislikes

...ioning head is not good in terms of taking decision. Always ignores the problem. Management is not good in terms of salary hike.

...e dealing with hiring. The directors have a very bad attitude towards employees. Salary is done on 7th of every month.

Dislikes

Dislikes: Pathetic reception. The cellular network is so bad that you cannot even call confidently to make your productivity happen. There is no cafeteria for feeding hungry employees. There is nothing to like. No Saturdays are off. You have to work beyond working hours. ERP is so strict that you will feel that the premises is just like a school. You cannot go out else attendance is deducted.

Good place to start your career, as you are assigned with projects and get to be involved with industrial projects from the very start. You get to learn much in less time if you compare with most other companies.

Dislikes

Cant expect significant appraisals or promotions.

The only good thing is the work challenge and the ability to learn a lot of things by trial and error.

Dislikes

No training, leadership, direction, and a lot of meetings and pointless HR crap. Please run the other way.
