If you are an fresher in automation. I will personally suggest TEJ Control. You get to learn diverse project. Current major big projects are in Tyre industry and Baggage handling projects. You get to learn Siemens S7-300,400,1200,1500. Allenbradley's Micrologix Comapactlogix and Guardlogix PLC. Tyre ind project mostly includes AC Drives starting from Siemens V20, G120, S120 & V90. AB Powerflex 755,525 & Kinetix 5700 Servo . Colleagues are helpful but initially you must try your best to rectify any issues. They also develop scada in Wincc and Factorytalk....Read More

Absolute poor management . Worst you can ever find. From an enginneers pov we single handedly try to rectify any issues on site. Drawing dept is absolute worst. They have really good clients but they don't care about them. Engineers who give their 100%, also appreciated by client is not been appreciated by TEJ. Retention Policies are worst . Commissioning head is not good in terms of taking decision. Always ignores the problem. Management is not good in terms of salary hike....Read More
