Promotion are long delayed,most of the managers are from central tool room,not even a diploma holder or a btech or mtech,neither have a MBA degree.managers have very basic technical knowledge and poor management techniques, no recognition of educational qualification,samali plant bas ram bharose chal raha hai, they use less technical knowledge and most of the critical problems are done by trial error method,even quality manager dosent know how solve the problem.

Dislikes

Rubbish Management system and Rubbish Increment system which I hate the most, When it comes to the salary which is why we are want to work so they still Giving 8.5k per Month starting salary Now days not only with workers but also with The stuff I Mean The freshers and yeah They Hiring them under the 3rd Party Payroll System.. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
