Worst appraisal process. No benefits in case of an emergency. No proper training is given at the time of joining. No proper job description is given. No respect for experienced candidates who are hired from outside the company.

If you work hard and smart , your salary is going to in sky , but you need to stay here for long.

Skill development is very poor. But now management are focusing on it but they need to upgrade skill who's required to upgraded.

-Tega people is too much supportive for your innovative ideas -They are always give you open boundaries for improving your department -People work as a team -No politics here -Company culture is systematic -Management are always supportive in your new ideas - Good HR policy - On job training for new joinees - People development and much more on job training for employee

- Less salary - Partiality between DET and GET - Growth is low as compare of market standard

It's very good to work with Tega industries. This place is an area to accelerate and devlop in the field of professionalism. Work culture gears up learn and grow. During this pnendamic situation steps taken by company was very constructive and helpful for both company & people.
