Worst company to work with. Doesn't matter if u have key skill sets all that matters is how good u r to ur team leads n above. The people really don't understand personal and professional boundaries. If you are not someone who's from AP / SL then zero growth opportunities

People are friendly, supportive, helpful and its culture.

Dislikes

The process is slow and as production capacity is more each and everyone working shoukd be more responsible and team player to manage work under pressure and should be more cooperative within the departments and with the customers too.

This is my second company to work with, this the best. Management is very supportive for every single employees is helping financially in this thought time to fight with covid.
