Captivating projects for beginners are full, offering valuable opportunities for those new to the industry. This could serve as an excellent entry point for newcomers in the field, but for me, it is not helpful anymore.

Dislikes

Working at this company has been a frustrating experience characterized by long, grueling hours with no compensation to justify the sacrifice. It's clear that the management cares little for the well-being of its employees, as they continuously expect us to put in extra effort without any financial recognition. The complete lack of compensation for the excessive hours makes it feel like the owners are simply exploiting their workforce. The founders may pitch these projects as "cool", but the reality is that there are not enough of them to keep employees engaged and motivated. If you want to have professional growth, this is not for you!
