proper coordination in teams. Salary is on time. Lots of political issues among team leaders which delays the work progress. When one has the logic of experience and copy paste, the learnung is nil. Zero on innovation. Work-life is a full balance as the working hours are strict and no extension.

No 1 reason for like this company. Actually not company Mr. Paresh Raheja is doesn't knowledge engineering as well as how to talk other engineers. Paresh behavior is not good.
