In my opinion The only bad thing here about Tecsidel is dirty site politics which is obviously not a new things in corporate sector. Don't knw where is the Gap but the promotion/Appraisal system is very bad at Tecsidel they never gave the promotion based on how you perform in company. Refrence employees always have some extra benifit which is observed.

In India lots of politics and unfair means, appraisal delayed very much but whenever it will be done it will be within effet from Jan, you will get ariers... Obviously partiality is there.

Perfect working culture and Groomed environment to grow your self. Management is full supportive and give free hand to learn. You can learn anything which is related to your job or you may support your subordinate anytime to groom them in positive mannor.
