...th teammates of different culture. The train system not too fantastic but okay . salary okay when compare with other oil and gas companies. work environment not too encouraging because directors relatives are many in the system and hardly keep to rules.

The entire human resource development system is not well structured. No proper organization structure

Tecon have a good working environment and also culture where team mates are supportive to each one another and the supervisors are transparent, company policies and appraisals are fair enough.

Dislikes

None payments of salaries and allowances as at when due, there are lots of politics Tecon management doesn't address. Issues like probation period for a new employee takes up to two years or more for he / she to be giving a confirmation letter .
