Management understanding and support for achievement of individual goals along with organizational goals. One of the most supportive management for personal crisis as I experience recently. Last 2 years has been a great learning curve under veru professional leadership in the business development department. Has given me a great platform to build my career further on.

Under their guidance I have learned invaluable lessons that I have enhanced my skills and experience in business development my manager is dedicated to fostering a positive and growth oriented environment has truly made a difference my professional journey and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such a fantastic team and to have a manager who is consistently inspire and challenge me to reach new heights. A very nice and beautiful office in a building with very good cafeteria and other amenities. Overall a good work culture providing ample opportunity for growth and international learning. The experience from here helped me get my next job in Europe with a foreign Co.
